How We Started
From personal struggle to community support
In 2018, Rapaji faced a personal medical emergency that opened his eyes to the challenges ordinary families face during health crises. Despite having some savings, the mounting medical bills, travel costs, and lost income created significant financial strain.
This experience made him realize that if someone with resources could struggle, what about those with limited means? This realization sparked the idea of creating a community-based support system where people could help each other during medical emergencies.
What started as helping a few neighbors has now grown into a registered foundation supporting thousands of families across India. Today, Rapaji Foundation is proof that when communities come together, no one has to face medical emergencies alone.
